You, Me, and SearchWarp Social Status Updates

One aspect of SearchWarp that I appreciate is that there are few limitations. If one of us finds a valid limitation--the appropriate team is on it right away to implement or fix.

Actually, it is highly possible and probable that SearchWarp will be more valuable in terms of Social Networking and Networth than any of us ever dreamed possible.

For this reason, I hope that members will be given an opportunity to invest at some point; hopefully starting out with VERY affordable shares. There should be some limitations so that one person can't come in and game the system. These "shares" would not be managerial or decision making--hopefully SearchWarp would continue to be managed as it is now.

The above was a random thought in passing and had nothing to do with the purpose for this particular note.

Status Updates are a great invention for obvious reasons. One of the main reasons I see is that we all have different things we do, sometimes requiring us to be "away" from the SearchWarp community for awhile, and likely longer than we would prefer to be away.

The thing is that some of the status updates are just teasers. Of course they are short for a purpose, and I guess if we really want a longer discussion we can contact the person directly--but, for some reason I have wanted to keep an ongoing thread for some updates.

So, my idea is for this particular article to be an on-going with updates from me and my response to updates from you; which means I may be asking you questions and/or leaving comments in response to your SearchWarp update. Of course you may ask me questions, too. And, I guess if you choose to--you can be notified of updates to this article.

It may be a little kooky--but its my way of keeping in touch when other projects require my attention. Each comment to a SearchWarp update will be made as a comment. That makes sense, right?

Ready? Here we go. To really have fun with this, remember to leave your status updates at the SW status update, or contact me here. Of course this experiment will only work for my fans and fanned.
Suzi believes that "following" and choosing to be a "fan" are high compliments. She wishes to get to know her fans better and is always interested in reciprocal relationships.

Fran Larson "You have to be unique, and different, and shine in your own way."

Fran, you are a lovable and loving person. You are right with your statement. I have had no choice but to be so, and fortunately every once in awhile--I shine. Usually when it means the most.

I was away for a couple of days. I came back totally Warped and confused. Its a good thing I am not point driven (Hardy har har).

So, I totally don't understand how we do updates now.

Here are the latest updates I wish to thread:

Jennifer Stewart, 'Good night, everybody. Signing off from the other side of the world' 3 hours ago. --Night, night--Jen-Jen. Sweet dreams.

The Old Gray Mare, 'It's been a most busy weekend thus far.' 5 hours 5 minutes ago.

*OGM, I understand. My husband and I just drove to Hattiesburg to take care of last minute dorm needs for my beginning college Freshmon. Wahhhhh!

Gregory Lewis, 'That morality cannot exist outside of the Bible is a peculiar and amusing assertion.' 10 hours 9 minutes ago. *Gman--this topic deserves its own thread. I agree with you but wish to extend your statement to ANY religious guidebook, ex: 'That morality cannot exist ouside the Koran (or any other).

Bruce Horst, 'Excellent article by Hannah on 'What is an Atheist'' 10 hours 36 minutes ago. *If Bruce calls it excellent, I believe him. Can't wait to read it. I also learned by searching Atheist at SearchWarp that there are many, many, pages, and pages of articles with 'atheist' in the title.

Steve Radford, 'Was it Merrill Joan Gerber?' 1 day 9 hours ago.

*I don't know what this means.

Chiradeep, 'Dear Suzi, I think we have to select the articles for this group by editing. ' 1 day 15 hours ago.

*I do not know what Chiradeep means, either. Can you coach me please?

My responses to some recent updates:

Dianne Lehmann, 'Well, Bruce, I guess you can see how well that went. :)' 6 hours 29 minutes ago.

Bruce Horst, 'Get your work done, Dianne. I'm sure "you'll be back".' 8 hours 5 minutes ago.

**Diane, if it helps, I constantly struggle with obligations and wanting to Warp. Self Discipline is tough!

**Ingrid Weir, 'I just found out that a good friend passed away suddenly. Rest in Peace, Ian.' 8 hours 17 minutes ago. **Ingrid, I empathize with the sudden loss of your friend, Ian. I wish strength and comfort for you and his family and that you will re-unite in an appropriate time and place.
